The non surgical nose job is carried out using a series of small dermal filler injections to the soft tissue of the nose. It can help smooth out bumps and uneven contours. It can also help balance out the nasal profile.
Dr Narayan has been trained by the world renowned surgeon Dr Ayab Harb in London on the 3 point Rhino technique. This technique which has been made famous by Dr Harb on national TV and has been shown to be safe and reliable.
Non surgical rhinoplasty can be a viable, cheaper and safer alternative to having surgery. Not all nasal issue can be corrected this way and this can be discussed at your consultations.
The area will be thoroughly cleaned and an anaesthetic cream will be applied prior to injection, helping to numb the area. Once numbed, the filler is injected into the area being treated using a small needle. Depending on the area treated, and which filler is to be used, treatment takes 15-30 minutes. Recovery time varies, but most people can return to work straight after treatment.
The effects are immediate and you should be able to instantly get a really good idea of what the final look will be.
After the procedure, you may experience some inflammation that makes the end of your nose feel hard. Once the swelling starts to subside, the fillers will start to bond with your natural tissues. The hardness will dissipate and your nose will start to feel like your own.
How long any type of filler product lasts in your body will depend on your individual metabolism. However, you can expect to get at least 6 months out of a non surgical nose job, and often up to 12 months.
Non-surgical nose jobs carry more risks than other procedures and therefore, should only be carried out by a highly experienced clinician. All risks will be discussed at your consultation.
